Blood control: Minor influence on reality, to do feats related to blood, such as writing words in blood or absorbing blood from a long distance. He can create clothes with his blood at higher restriction seals, can even create a full plate armor for himself. High consumption of Blood gives him a +10 to +20 all action bonus, depending on the quality of the blood for 5 turns.

Familiars: As a True Vampire, Alucard can summon his familiars, which consist of all people that he devoured in his entire immortal life. The familiars can use the skills and abilities that they had in life but all rely on the ability of Alucard to control them. Mechanically, it works like an enhanced version of the Eternal blood, in blood of legacy. Alucard regeneration allows him to have an almost unlimited supply of Life Points.

Example of familiars:
The Hound of Baskerville: Uses the equivalent of the Umbra Magnus. The big dog full of eyes, of Alucard.
Rip Van Winkle: A master sniper, Rip can shoot magic bullets that can never miss her target.
Luke Valentine: A high speed acrobatic warrior vampire, relying on incredible speed to take down his opponents with knives.

It does come with a weakness, while Alucard can summon all the familiars within his body, essentially creating a Mass combat army entity (see TWWAU) + the more unique familiars characters, if all familiars are destroyed, Alucard condition of immortality, doesn't apply anymore and he can be killed normally. 50% of all familiars destroyed, reduce his regeneration to 17, 75% of all familiars reduce his regeneration 16, 100% of all familiars reduce his regeneration to 10.

Hellsing Restrictions seals: Hellsing organization has placed mysterious seals and restrictions on Alucard powers, require him to ask Integra to unleash his full might.

Restriction Level 3: Base form as above. He can't use all his familiars. He is quite docile and let the opponent hit him, relying on his regeneration to keep on fighting.
Restriction Level 2: +1 to all physical ability scores. Just a slight boost in power, still familiars restriction.
Restriction Level 1: +2 to all physical ability scores. Can shapeshift significantly and use familiars.
Restriction Level 0: +10 all action bonus and +2 to all physical ability scores. Can use all his abilities and summon his entire army of familiars at the same time.

Deus Ex Machina: 100 DP left over for any kind of monster powers that he create out of nowhere. Can switch powers once per turn.

Now let's do a classic Shonen...Yu Yu Hakusho.

Yu Yu Hakusho

From the beginning to the end of the series, where it applies.

Yusuke - Tao Level 2-7 (At the end of the series, Yusuke is a threat for an entire country), Kami of War legacy (unarmed) for his demon blood.

Hiei - Acrobatic Warrior Level 3-7, with a level modifier+1 for being a demon.

Kurama - Technician Level 3-8, with a level modifier+2 for his kitsune race.

Kuwabara - Technician Level 1-5, impressive for being the only human in the main cast.

Kokou and Enki - Freelancer Level 11, we didn't see them fight but they do win the last tournament.

Toguro - Weaponmaster Level 6, with Physical Power Transformation magnus.

The Three demon kings - Technician Level 10, they are powerful.

Raizen - ????, said to have been the most powerful in his prime, hard to say by the time, we meet him in the series, he is already dying.

How about something different. How about warhammer 40k Primarch/Emperor and my personal favorite Kharn the betrayer?

Most of these characters have submitted multiple planets to their wills and broke some of the strongest characters the setting have to offer.

Ah W40K, something to keep in mind Anima is a very powerful universe but anyway here we go, reminder that in anima, level growth is exponential:

-Primarchs for all purposes are warrior-mentalists, they can swap entire armies and do impressive things Level 8-10 (for the most powerful one, only one would be level 10, Gnosis 15). This make them on the anima scale powerful warlords who can take down armies by themselves. Primarchs are "super astartes" with their own field of specialization.

-The God Emperor of Mankind is a Mentalist Level 12 (but listen to me here, he is a Gnosis 35/40 in the warp), which grants him access to many divine powers and powers comparable to some spells. This does work well with his shamanism origin and psyker powers. The Emperor has effectively some custom psychic powers.

-Kharn the Betrayer is a warrior-mentalist level 7, Blood of Orochi could represent his berserk moods and Nemesis abilities to cancel magic and the likes.

Guess if an explanation is needed:

Warhammer 40k at his base is a dark fantasy sci-fi setting, and it is very gritty. Most important people in their universe die after a few well placed bolts and Primarchs have demonstrated that they can be hurt. The Emperor of Mankind sometime had his powers resisted. There is almost nobody in W40K who can take on armies on their own.

Keep in mind of course this as well:
-Primarchs have effectively access to every gear that they want or need. So feel free to give them artifacts etc...

-Primarchs are the best that men have to offer, basically low superhumans stats everywhere and genius intellect (11 in nearly every characteristics, with maybe 1 or 2 points difference depending on the primarch).

Yusuke is probably more of a Latent Blood with Great Beast blood... Althought his GBB is not obvious as normal half-breeds. His Masako form looks like a form of Eliodon.

Toguro has been a martial artist in the past, so I suspect that he could have been a straigth Tao or a multiclass. Physical Transformation magnus seems about right.

Raizen was said to be more powerful than the sum of his former teammates' powers. Probably around level 16 Acrobatic Warrior/Ki Technician. Never forget that on a hunger strike of about forty generations he was still slightly more powerful than Yusuke...

Level 16 might be a tad too high for Yu Yu Hakusho universe but anyway, let's go for Bayonetta setup:

Bayonetta is an Umbra witch in the game, but in anima beyond fantasy, there is an easier way to make her, Technician. She is a level 12 technician for reference.

-Legendary characteristics: She starts with 65 points at level 1 (if you do point buy), if a npc assign as you see fit.
-Seduction, Blood of Uroboros Legacy (Bayonetta main thing is surprising her opponents and altering time on the battlefield...this works perfectly) and last but not least See the Supernatural advantages.
-Her summons, can easily be made with the ki summoners options (Dominus exxet), Madame butterfly and the rest are simply assumed to be greater pacts. Her summons virtually always succeed since she brings very minor monsters most of the time, Madame Butterfly might 1 or 2 level higher than her at most.
-The Witch time: A simple maintained level 1 technique to increase her initiative, dodge and attack.
-Cancer Magister (Her wicked weave/hair) and Leo Impossible weapons (for her gun shoes).
-Definitely able to achieve Zen Results (just get the Zen ki ability).
-Martial Arts: Witch-fu (Kung Fu, Capoeira, Tae Kwon Do)

No, Bayonetta is Warrior Sumoner lvl 10-12 (darkness and time magic), I made her in the spanish forum. She got a lot of weapon tables (obviusly, she is not maximized for the 50%). Some martial arts

She is a magic user, not a ki master.

But, if you wanna go 60%, then tecnician, but she is not.

You can do Warrior-Summoner of course,hell I even made a version of Bayonnetta as a warrior-summoner. Technician is just another way to do it.

Granted not 100% familiar with the character (one of the series that I didn't watch) here at least my first impression:

Rory Mercury is effectively Immortal with high regeneration (Gnosis 35), apparently only way to permanently disable an apostle is to bury tiny body parts in some different places. She has an unique monster power Blood Pact to take the injuries of someone.

She is very offensive and appears to have at least some social abilities with an intimidation vibe going on, Dark Paladin. Most secondary abilities into athleticism (Jump, running etc...), definitely weight elimination ki ability.

Her Halberd is effectively Impossible Weapon: Taurus (the way she can throw it around and carry it with ease)

Since she carries the weapon with such ease and even one handed, STR 12. Intelligence pretty high so 8-9 with how easy it is for her to learn new languages.

She can handle a bunch of armed soldiers with ease but she still struggle against a minotaur: Level 5.

Anyway basic first impression: Dark Paladin Level 5, Gnosis 35.
