what Gnosis would the various Noth classes have?

They don't have gnosis. They have "anti-gnosis", allowing them to ignore all gnosis immunities and protection. They don't technically exist and can't be affected by anything that requires to pass a resistance (they automatically pass all resistances and yes you read that right.)
They mostly rank by levels in term of power.
-Vermin are level 5 shadows.
-The principalities are Acrobatic warriors level 10.
-The powers are Acrobatic warriors level 14.
They appear to be ranked with the church angelic hierarchy: Angels, Principalities, Virtues, Powers, Dominions, Thrones, Cherubim and Seraphim. We don't know the powers of some of these categories.
